Please do not return items without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:

Unused and not installed

Free from dirt, wear, or damage

Returned with original packaging and accessories
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GardenRootly cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued back to your original PayPal payment method

Special Situations
Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Wrong Item Received
We’ll cover return shipping and resend the correct product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable unless defective.
